Hygiena’s SureTrend subscription evolution with new packages to enhance

Hygiena has recently announced a shift in their subscription model. 

For Complete Safety Supplies’ customers currently subscribed to the SureTrend ‘Essential’ package, here’s what you need to know about the upcoming changes and how it impacts your experience with Hygiena products, specifically the EnSURE Touch Allergen/ATP Luminometers and ATP Hygiene Monitoring Systems.

The transition

The SureTrend ‘Essential’ package, a stalwart for many users, stopped running back on 15th November. In its place, Hygiena introduced three new subscription options – ‘Starter,’ ‘Power,’ and ‘Premium.’ This evolution has been created to offer Hygiena’s customers continuous improvement and provide tailored solutions for their users.

What it means

If you were subscribed to the ‘Essential’ package, your account would have seamlessly changed to the ‘Starter’ package, a free-to-use alternative that retains many familiar features.

However, several features will be migrated to the ‘Power’ and ‘Premium’ packages. These include environmental mapping, account domain lock, global admin access, customised reports, access for >5 users, and single sign-on (SSO).

The options

Customers using the EnSURE Touch Allergen/ATP Luminometers and ATP Hygiene Monitoring Systems have several options:

1. Remain on/move to Starter:

   – Your account would have automatically shifted to the ‘Starter’ package back on 15th November.

   – The ‘Starter’ package mirrors customers’ current experience but without some of the advanced features.

2. Upgrade to Power:

   – The ‘Power’ package incorporates all the features of ‘Starter’ and introduces additional benefits.

   – Enhanced SureTrend alerts, external data uploads, access for 20 users, and API access to third-party systems are part of the deal.

3.  Upgrade to Premium:

   – The ‘Premium’ package encompasses everything in ‘Power’ with further enhancements.

   – This includes automated email reports, an integrated all-sites dashboard, account domain lock, SSO, and access for an unlimited number of SureTrend users.

Hygiena has confirmed the continued availability of the free-to-use ‘Starter’ package, for all users. The ‘Power’ and ‘Premium’ packages bring not only the existing features but also further innovation. 

With the new changes, it is intended that you pay for what you use, ensuring that subscriptions align precisely with users’ needs.
