The BlueDOT combines the user-friendly design of our highly-rated DOT Digital thermometer with the convenience of Bluetooth connectivity, creating a simple yet powerful tool.

Monitor temperatures from outside your oven or BBQ using the digital display. Set your target temperature with the up or down buttons or directly from your smartphone, and the BlueDOT will alert you when it's reached. With the free mobile app, you can hear alarms on both the BlueDOT and your smart device. The Bluetooth connection also lets you track max/min temperatures and graph your cooking progress.

The DOT comes equipped with a 114 mm penetration probe (810-078) featuring a 1.2-metre stainless steel braided lead, capable of measuring temperatures from -50 to 300 °C.

Effortless Temperature Monitoring

The DOT is a straightforward, leave-in meat thermometer that simplifies the process of monitoring oven-roasted or smoked BBQ meats.

Set your desired temperature using the arrow buttons on the thermometer. Insert the probe, place it in the oven or BBQ, and close the door or lid. The thermometer unit stays outside, allowing you to monitor the temperature as it rises. When the meat reaches the set temperature, a loud 70dB alarm will sound, making it ideal for busy, professional kitchens.

No complex setup or app connectivity is needed.

Convenient Display

The DOT digital oven thermometer features a large backlit display that shows both the current temperature and the alarm temperature, making it easy to track your cooking progress.

Magnetic pads on the back of the thermometer allow for secure attachment to the outside of your oven or BBQ for easy storage. Alternatively, the fold-out stand can be used to display it on a countertop.
