Schaller Humimeter RH2 - Water Activity Meter Kit

Reliable water activity meter for use on-the-go. 

Suitable for measuring materials like butter, fruit mix, spices, granulate, mushrooms, flour, biscuits or sausage as well as all other food types requiring a check of the water activity value.

The Humimeter RH2 is suited for measuring special material, e.g. plastic granulate or for climatic and environmental applications.

Not suited for juices (syrup), acidic food like vinegar or food and beverages containing alcohol.

Optionally, the humimeter RH2 can be delivered with USB interface for connecting the device to a PC. The included LogMemorizer software can import the measuring values from the device to the PC, additional information can be added, and the data can be archived, exported and processed.
