Antibacterial Pen J800 (Single)

Infection Control

The J800 pen incorporates SteriTouch antibacterial protection to give continuous protection against cross infection and dramatically reduce the risk of the spread of pathogenic germs such as MRSA, E.coli and Salmonella.

What is SteriTouch antibacterial protection?

The antibacterial surface protection uses innovative antibacterial technology that harnesses the natural sterilizing properties of silver. This protection is permanently embedded into the pen and will not wear off over time.

What does it protect against?

The antibacterial properties have been labaoratory tested and proven to be effective against hatrmful bacteria and mould including but not limited to Salmonella, E. Coli and MRSA.

How does it work?

Silver has been used for centuries for its natural sterilizing properties. In recent years, this antibacterial effect has been harnessed through the development of innovative carrier mechanisms, which enable the controlled release of the silver ions, allowing silver to be incorporated into most materials without losing efficacy and without affecting the physical properties.

The additives used, regardless of carrier mechanism, have comprehensive approvals, including those necessary for food contact applications.

To fulfill your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, we sometimes will split your order into a number of different packages so that we could take advantage of the items in stock at different warehouses. Items you order from Complete Safety Supplies may sometimes be sent in more than one delivery. For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. Orders will only receive one delivery charge.
