Returns Policy for Complete Safety Supplies
A charge of 25% of invoice value or a minimum charge of £10.00, in respect of packaging and administration, may be levied on goods 'Not Wanted' or 'Incorrectly Ordered', or due to duplication resulting from a 'Confirmation Order' not endorsed to that effect. All goods returned under this category must be received in their original supplied condition and returned to CSS within 14 days of the original invoice date. The purchaser will bear all costs of returning any goods. No goods that have been specifically manufactured to the purchaser's requirements, can be returned for credit unless previously agreed with CSS. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To fulfil your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, we sometimes will split your order into a number of different packages so that we could take advantage of the items in stock at different warehouses. Items you order from Complete Safety Supplies may sometimes be sent in more than one delivery. For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. Orders will only receive one delivery charge. 

Returns Policy for Customised Goods
Customised goods purchased from Complete Safety Supplies are made specifically to your requirements. As such, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described. This includes items with embroidery, branding and Detectable test pieces.

If your customised item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and photographs of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund in the event of a manufacturing defect or error.

This policy complies with UK consumer law, which recognises that customised goods are exempt from standard return rights.
