This ETI ChefAlarm® replacement needle penetration probe is the same as the one sent out as standard with our bestselling ChefAlarm® professional cooking thermometer & timer.

The probe has a reduced tip and is perfect for general core temperature readings and specifically designed for continuous temperature monitoring in ovens.

The replacement needle penetration probe features a 90 deg bend to make it easier to insert without kinking the lead.
