ETI Food Simulant Temperature Probe

This ETI food simulant temperature probe is designed to simulate the core temperature of food inside fridges as requested by food safety regulations.

The food simulant probe is made from a solid block of food safe Polypropylene with a sensor positioned in the middle to reproduce and simulate the actual core temperature of the food and not the temperature of the air (ambient).

This type of temperature probe also prevents rapid temperature fluctuations due to fridge doors being opened and closed.
