The Therma 20 Fast Response Thermistor Thermometer from ETI has been specifically developed for use in the catering industry. The advanced Thermistor technology allows for fast and accurate temperature readings and the accuracy levels are assured for the life of the thermometer.

The locking Lumberg screw connector allows different probes to be used for multiple applications, for example, taking core, in-between pack and ambient air temperatures.

It is advised to use different types of probe to reduce the risk of cross contamination.

Thermistor test caps can also be used for calibration.

Biomaster Plastic

This product is constructed from Biomaster anti-bacterial ABS plastic which uses a patented silver ion technology to inhibit fungi, mould and microbial growth.
