The Penguin 900M is a heavy duty, robust, versatile safety cutter with two cutting surfaces to give a larger target area and extend blade life.

This safety knife is food contact approved, poly-propylene, and completely metal detectable with stainless steel blades.

Knives that have internal open spaces have the potential to breed bacteria and cause contamination if they draw blood. The majority of knives have carbon steel blades which rust and are removable. These may drop into the product or packaging.
