BST Metal Detector Test Cubes PTFE BRC Compliant

These PTFE metal detector test cubes are BS EN ISO 9002 and UKAS certified and fully comply with BRC and FDA guidelines.

Excerpt from BRC Global Standards Issue 7.0 Clause 4.10.3.4

“Metal detector checking procedures shall be based on good practice and shall as a minimum include the following:

• Use of test pieces incorporating a sphere of metal of a known diameter selected on the basis of risk. The test pieces shall be marked with the size and type of test material contained.

• Tests carried out using separate test pieces containing ferrous metal, stainless steel and typically non-ferrous metal, unless the product is within a foil container where ferrous only may be applicable.”

All test pieces we supply are issued with a certificate confirming the diameter as well as other information such as density and composition.

For example, you may receive multiple deliveries if your order contains an oversized item that needs to be dispatched separately. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. Orders will only receive one delivery charge.
